Lifestyle Work
This package allows me to capture beautiful photos in a home setting. It can be your home or a space we can rent. There is a beautiful aesthetically pleasing home space I found locally. This could be great for boudoir sessions, indoor small family sessions, indoor maternity, or small family newborn sessions. This session is NOT a backdrop studio package :). You can always contact me to see what the home space look like. The rent for the home space is not included. Please contact me to get the final price.

My process
01.
Meet & Greet
So exciting!!! Time for the client onboarding process! Once you fill out my contact form, I will then send you a questionnaire so I can learn a bit about you and your vision :). This helps us both know if we are a good fit. We do have an option to talk on zoom if need to be!
02.
Say Yes!
Literally, say yes! If you still want to move forward, I will send you an electronic proposal/ contract. You will also be able to pay your deposit (which must be within 3 business days of your inquiry).
03.
Plan it out
We will go over styling, location, and specific details we want to highlight in your session! Shalaworks client closet will also be available for you to view.
04.
The big day
This is always the most exciting part. I get to see you and make your vision come to life! We will laugh, we will smile, and we will have fun! The client experience means the most to me. How you FEEL during your session matter just as much than how they turn out!
05.
Post Session
After your session, I will send you your proofing gallery within 2 business days (it will most likely be earlier than that ;). In that gallery, you are able to CHOOSE your favorite photos for me to edit. Once I receive your favorites list, I will post a sneak peek within 3 days. Just know your gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks from your session!

How much is the retainer/deposit and when is it due?The retainer is $75.00, and it is due 3 business days after you receive the proposal/contract from me.

What is the difference between a studio or lifestyle session?Backdrop Studio Session A backdrop studio session is where we are only taking photos in front of a backdrop. It is considered the traditional studio sessions. Lifestyle Sessions Lifestyle sessions is where you are taking photos indoor...just not in front of a backdrop. It will be in a home like space.

Do you travel?Yes, I am willing to travel for your session! I will just charge a traveling fee depending on the location. We can talk about that together :).

Are retainers refundable?The $75 retainer is not refundable, but it can be applied to a future session within 6 months from when you paid the retainer :).

What are your services?Currently, I specialize in maternity, couples, families, lifestyle branding sessions, boudoir, lifestyle newborn, and college grads. I do highly suggest you go to the investment page to see which package is best for you :)

Can I bring pets to my session?ABSOLUTELY! Pets are family too! I have to admit, I am highly allergic to cats. So unfortunately, I cannot touch or be around them long.

What tips do you have for us when it comes to photoshoots?My biggest advice is to take advantage of styling consultations. Outfits can truly make or break your session. It does not have to be an expensive outfit; you just have to make sure your colors fit the location and the vibe that you are going for :). I am here to help! Styling is always fun for me!
